Rooted 1:1 Coaching

Personalized support without pressure

60 minutes | $70

Rooted 1:1 Coaching is a gentle, nervous-system-centered support session for mothers, caregivers, and women carrying heavy mental, emotional, or caregiving loads.

This is a space to pause, be heard, and sort through what feels heavy without needing to perform, explain everything perfectly, or leave with a full life overhaul.

Together, we may explore what you’re carrying, where your nervous system is asking for support, what feels unsustainable, and what small rooted step could feel realistic in your actual life.

This session may support you if:

  • you feel overwhelmed, depleted, or constantly “on”

  • you are navigating caregiving, motherhood, burnout, advocacy, transition, or emotional load

  • you need space to untangle what you’re carrying

  • you want support that feels compassionate, grounded, and realistic

  • you are craving steadiness more than motivation

  • one 60-minute 1:1 coaching session

  • grounded reflection and support

  • nervous-system-centered guidance

  • optional follow-up notes or reflection points

Single Session: $70
3-Session Package: $195

Packages are available for those who want ongoing support without the pressure of a larger container.

Rooted 1:1 sessions are held within the session time. Simple follow-up notes may be shared when helpful, but ongoing between-session voice-note or text support is not included unless offered through a separate support container.

Rooted Circle

Small group support without pressure

$44/month

The Rooted Circle is a small, intimate group for moms who want to feel supported without needing to fix, perform, or explain everything perfectly.

This space is intentionally inclusive of many kinds of motherhood — mothers carrying emotional load, caregiving responsibilities, advocacy, burnout, transition, family stress, or simply the weight of being needed by many people at once.

You do not have to have the same story as everyone else to belong here.

The circle is held around shared steadiness, not sameness.

This circle may support you if:

  • you are craving connection, but not high-energy community

  • you feel stretched by motherhood, caregiving, work, home, advocacy, or family life

  • you want to feel less alone without being told what to do

  • you are carrying things that feel hard to explain in everyday spaces

  • you want support that feels compassionate, grounded, and realistic

  • you are craving shared steadiness more than advice

What’s included:

  • small group support with 4–6 moms per circle

  • one monthly theme to reduce cognitive load

  • one 60-minute live session each month

  • recordings available

  • gentle summaries after each session

  • optional camera participation

  • space to arrive tired, quiet, unsure, emotional, or hopeful

Monthly Circle: $44/month
3-Month Circle: $120

The 3-month option is available for those who want to settle into the circle over a fuller season without needing to manage a monthly payment.

Soft boundary note

Rooted Circle is held as a shared support space, not a crisis support space or private coaching container. Personal shares are welcome within the circle, but ongoing 1:1 support outside of the group is not included unless booked separately.

Rooted Micro Support

Care for days when support needs to be simple

Rooted Micro Support is a collection of short audio practices designed to support your nervous system without requiring focus, silence, or follow-through.

These practices are for the moments when support is needed, but capacity is low.

This is care that meets you in real life — in the car, in the waiting room, between tasks, after a hard moment, or during a season where talking, reading, or explaining feels like too much.

You can listen once, return often, or use the practices only when you need them. There is no schedule to follow, no progress to track, and no expectation to be consistent.

This is not another thing to keep up with.
It’s support that waits for you.

These practices may support you if:

  • you need support but don’t want to talk or explain

  • reading long pages feels like too much

  • your days are unpredictable

  • you want something you can return to as needed

  • you feel overstimulated, depleted, or emotionally full

Audio Library Access: $25 one-time

Additional practices may be added over time as the library grows.
