Meet the Owner
Rooted care for high-demand seasons
My name is Tiare, and Ho‘onani Wellness was created from lived experience—not a polished wellness narrative.
I’m a mother, a caregiver, and a practitioner who understands what it means to live in a body and a nervous system that rarely gets to rest.
For years, I moved through seasons that required constant vigilance—medical appointments, caregiving decisions, emotional labor, mental load. I learned quickly that most wellness spaces weren’t designed for people living inside high-demand realities. They asked for consistency, energy, and optimism when what was actually needed was support, flexibility, and gentleness.
Ho‘onani Wellness exists because care should adapt to real life—not the other way around.
What guides my work?
My work is grounded in a simple belief:
Care should feel supportive, not performative.
At Ho‘onani Wellness, I don’t ask people to push, fix, optimize, or transform themselves. I offer care that meets you where you are—especially when capacity is limited.
This work is informed by:
nervous-system awareness
trauma-aware, consent-based care
lived experience as a caregiver
respect for fluctuating energy and seasons of life
Whether through coaching, embodied rituals, or quiet support, the focus is always the same: safety, presence, and steadiness.
the ROOTED Approach
The Rooted Approach is the foundation of everything I offer.
It centers:
co-regulation over advice
support over self-improvement
permission over pressure
This approach was shaped by the realities of caregiving, burnout, and medical complexity—where traditional “do more” wellness models often fall apart.
Rooted care honors that:
progress isn’t linear
rest is not indulgent
listening is enough
support can be quiet
You don’t need to arrive ready.
You don’t need to explain yourself.
You don’t need to earn care.
How I hold space
I offer two primary forms of support:
Rooted Support (1:1 Coaching)
Gentle, nervous-system-centered support for moms in high-demand seasons who need steadiness without pressure.
Embodied Rituals
Facials, yoni steaming, and grounding bodywork offered as rituals of rest, warmth, and receiving—without performance or outcome-driven expectations.
Both are guided by the same principles:
consent and choice
flexibility
respect for capacity
care without urgency
Who is this space for?
Ho‘onani Wellness is for you if:
you’re a mom carrying a heavy mental or caregiving load
your nervous system feels tired or constantly alert
traditional wellness spaces feel unrealistic or exhausting
you want support that adapts to your season
you’re craving steadiness more than motivation
This is not a space for fixing yourself.
It’s a space for being supported.
A note on care
I believe deeply that receiving care—especially in high-demand seasons—is not a luxury.
It’s necessary.
Ho‘onani means to make things right, to bring balance, to nurture.
That’s the spirit I hold in every offering.
