We listen without trying to solve, advise, or relate through our own stories unless explicitly invited. There’s no expectation to share, and there’s no offering of unsolicited advice.
This helps keep the space grounded, safe, and supportive for everyone.
Listening is participation. Presence is enough.
You’re always free to participate in whatever way feels supportive. Being quiet, listening, or taking care of yourself during the session is welcome here.
