Punani Steam
What is a punani steam? What are the benefits?
The punani steam process involves sitting over a steaming pot of herb-infused water, generally for about 30-45 minutes per session, depending on your body’s constitution and menstrual cycle history. As the steam rises and the herbs penetrate vaginal tissue, it is thought that the vagina and uterus are cleansed and soothed. Herbs chosen are picked to address your specific needs, per the ‘Punani Steam Questionnaire’ that will be sent upon booking your appointment.
Punani steaming, commonly known as yoni or vaginal steaming, is an ancient practice that spans many different cultures. It may be beneficial for cleansing the womb, regulating the menstrual cycle, soothing vaginal dryness, easing the pain of period cramps and bloating, and aiding in healing and soothing after childbirth; just to name a few. The practice can also be very meditative.
Holistic Facials
I understand the skincare industry is very trendy. However, I believe in a holistic, non invasive approach when it comes to skincare. Instead of causing micro-trauma to the skin, I implement products that nourish the skin; massage techniques to help reduce any inflammation, swelling, or redness; and minimally invasive facial tools to help heal your skin instead of “quick fixes” that wind up making you more reliant on expensive treatments. During our session we also talk about possible lifestyle or nutrition changes that can help to improve skin concerns.

Therapeutic Bodywork
Unfortunately, at this time I can't accommodate new massage clients. Existing clients and referrals of regular clients are welcomed to book.
Pressure is adjusted during your session according to how your body responds. Just because your mouth says it wants deep tissue, doesn’t mean your body is perceptive to that sort of pressure. In today’s society, people are almost constantly operating from their sympathetic nervous system, “fight or flight” response. It is my experience, that by allowing your body to relax into your massage session, versus forcing it to conform to what you want, your body will be more responsive during our session and future maintenance sessions.

Bodywork sessions incorporate lomilomi, deep tissue, and chinese fire cupping. Each session is tailored to your specific needs.

You may also choose schedule a pregnancy session if you aren’t able to lay prone or supine for whatever reason.
“Tiare is an awesome massage therapist and esthetician! I get my massages once every month and a facial once every other month.
I had to book an emergency session when my fibromyalgia was flaring. It really helped me, especially since I couldn’t get to my doctor until the following week.
She is very thorough on the initial appointment. She reviewed my information sheet of my body and ailments. She listened to my concerns and then proceeded with the massage tailored to my needs.
I highly recommend her. I even got an appointment for my brother, whose back was stiff. He really liked it. He was surprised that even though she is little, he is a big guy, she was that strong and able to relieve some pain. ”
